  • Licenses are valid for the duration specified in your agreement and may be subject to renewal.

8. Payment Methods

Sagatone Music offers two secure payment options for purchasing licenses:

  • Online Checkout: Secure payments processed through Stripe, a leading payment processor
  • Bank Transfer: Direct bank transfer with invoice

By choosing to make a payment:

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information
  • You authorize us to charge the selected payment method for the agreed amount
  • You understand that all payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
  • For bank transfers, you agree to pay the invoice within the specified timeframe
  • You acknowledge that access to licensed content may be delayed until payment is confirmed

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Sagatone Music for any violation of these Terms of Service or any other reason at our discretion. In the event of termination, your license rights will be determined according to the terms of your specific license agreement.

10. Limitation of Liability
